Also i wanted to remind you all to come to Tetelestai!!!!, the first home show is tomorrow. I honestly think that it is better than last year so even if you came last year come again... Its FREE!!! bring your friends, family, relatives.
and let me know WHEN (not if) you are comming. call, email, comment, i will try to check this and my email but calling my cell would be the best way to reach me if you have the number (I'm not going to post it here but if you ask for it i can give it to you)

Tetelestai Home Show Dates and Times:
All home shows at UALC Mill Run Map of 3500 Mill Run Dr

As these are free I would suggest coming early to get good seats the best seats are probably a few rows back near the middle but I wouldn't suggest the first row
Saturday April 8th 7:00
Sunday April 9th 3:00

Ok I have like 3-5min to post.
I'm teaching science but we are taking a short break... normally we would be starting in 2 min but today Joanna and I have to be in Hilliard by 3:30 to leave for Dayton for the opening show of Tetelestai 31.

So we get to the church, eat (I havta take my own food but thats ok) then we do makeup (face and body (i.e. arms and legs)) the the show starts at 7:00 and is over at like 9:00 or 9:15 then we strike so that is a min of 45min (it will only be our second time 45min was the fastest we did last year) probably more like 1-1.5 hrs. so we leave there ar 10-10:30  and get back to hilliard around 12:45. then drive home, shower so my sheets dont turn orange from the makeup then sleep.

then tomorrow is the celtic ball!!
and Sunday I'm back in hilliard at 8:00am to leave for NC (Tetelestai Tour)

ok got to go

The Power of the (library) Card

The (library) card holds power. yeah it is a great research tool, not for the book but for the web searches. on the Columbus library's web site they give you access to stuff that you have to subscribe to or could only get access to at the library...now with ur card number you can do alot at home (or at panara, bufflo wild wings or any other wireless hot spot).

I have discovered that we could get highspeed internet except that we dont have the money right now to pay $45 a month for road runner and DSL (which is cheaper (and slower, and less coverage)) is not availible ... meh. so for now I will continue my utilization of wireless hotspots. Unless of course you all would like to donate to the "Jay wants Hi-speed internet" fund. Please send you pledges for monthly support via the "comments" link below and thank you for your contribution!

and now back to our regularly scheduled program...err school

Ok well I thought I would post real quick

Tomorrow err today is my dress rehersal so I'll be gone all day till like 930 but i am excited

Also i just had to mess with my old comp cuz it was giving me an error mesage and would not boot, so i got that fixed and got the stuff on i need (i hope i got all of it (and yes stephen i got gaim off of it but i dont know when i will have time to load it))

I change the topic of my senior thesis... more like narrowed, instead of talking about like 10 things that would decrease poverty (which would take a book) i am only going to talk about tariffs/subsidized companies/price controls

ok well i need to go to bed so i can get up so i can go to Panara (actually the parking lot) and download a few things for my thesis before church, church, and dress rehersal!!!!!

good night!

Tuesday, March 07, 2006

This past weekend I had and all day rehearsal on saturday and a regular rehearsal on sunday so it was busy. this Sunday is our dress rehearsal which, sadly, is a closed rehersal primarily because we dont know when we will actually start since we will be doing tech (setting up the show) for the first time with this cast (fortunantly 1/2 to 2/3 of us are vets so it shouldnt be too bad. But we dont know how long that will take so it could be 515 or 700 before we start the show--guests would not like that.Normal schedual for performance days is arrive, tech, eat, makeup and costumes, vocal warm ups, music on the set, places act I/act I, intermission/costume change make up and talk from director(s), places act II/act II, speaker, de-costume, techout and pack up. So yeah, the GOOD news is that the home shows (dates and times below) are FREE!!

As for the rest of my life .... um yeah school mostely
calc--almost behind, but not quite
spanish--err yeah behind sorta but i have a tutor now which means i will be speaking the language every thurs.
Economics just finish 1 of 2 books the second (applied econ) is shorter
Senior Thesis is fun and going fairly well though i may have to drop a couple points

oh and i want to know how with a 56K dial up modem i can get and average, get that? AVERAGE!!!!! speed of like 86K or something while downloading something...its supposed to be limited to 53K by FCC regs. not that im complaining but i was happily suprised. though i still plan on going to wireless hot spots to download large files like the 107MB one I got at panara of saturday after rehearsal.

Ok well i should go get my beauty rest .... not that it'll help much <g>
